ADVANCE POINTS:

As a Member of CSi Club Southport, you will automatically earn Advance Points when using your Advance Rewards Card, either by playing the gaming machines or purchasing food or beverages. You can later spend your Advance Points throughout the Club or redeem them for cash!

1 Advance Point = 1 cent. 500 Advance Points = $5

TIER CREDITS:

In addition to Advance Points, you will also earn Tier Credits every tine you use your Advance Rewards card throughout the club.

Every time you earn Tier Credits, you are closer to moving to the next Tier. Once you have earned the Tier Credits outlined, you will automatically move up to the higher Advance Rewards Tier.

Advance Rewards guarantees you a minimum of 6 months in your Tier and you can move up a Tier at any time throughout the Tier Period. That’s right! If you move from Bronze to Silver within the 6-month period, you will be a Silver Tier Member until the following Tier Period – guaranteed!

Tier Periods start on 1 May and 1 November each year when Tier Credits will reset to zero to commence the new earning period.

When you join Advance Rewards, you automatically become a Bronze Tier member.

ADVANCE POINTS:

Bronze Tier members earn 5 Advance Points for every $1 (cash/Credit Card transactions only) spent at the Bar and Bistro and earn 1 Advance Point for every $8 turnover on gaming machines.

These Points can be redeemded for purchases at the Bistro and Bar, or redeemed for CASH via a Kiosk

Remember to use your Advance Points frequently as on 31 October each year, your Advance Points balance will reset to zero.

TIER CREDITS:

At any stage through the Tier Review period, if you earn 600 Tier Credits, you will be upgraded to Silver and stay there for the following Review period.

Once you become a Silver Advance Rewards member, you will continue to earn Advance Tier Credits and earn Advance Rewards Points faster than Bronze.

ADVANCE POINTS:

Silver Tier Members receive a 5% discount at the Bar, and continue to earn 5 Advance Points for every $1 (cash/Credit Card transactions only) spent at the Bar and Bistro.

These Points can be redeemded for purchases at the Bistro and Bar, or redeemed for CASH via a Kiosk

Remember to use your Advance Points frequently as on 31 October each year, your Advance Points balance will reset to zero.

ADVANCE BIRTHDAY REWARDS:

Swipe your Advance Rewards card in any of the Members Kiosks during your Birth Month to receive your Silver Advance Birthday Rewards!

TIER CREDITS:

Once you earn 600 Tier Credits, you will become a Silver Advance Rewards member. As a Silver Advance Rewards Member, you will continue to earn Advance Tier Credits and earn Advance Rewards Points faster than Bronze.

At any stage through the Tier Period, if you earn 600 Tier Credits, you will maintain your Tier for the following Review period.

If you earn 4,000 or more Tier Credits within the 6 month period, you will be upgraded to Gold straight away, and stay in that Tier for the following Tier Period.

ADVANCE POINTS:

Gold Tier Members receive a 10% discount at the Bar, and continue to earn 5 Advance Points for every $1 (cash/Credit Card transactions only) spent at the Bar and Bistro.

These Points can be redeemded for purchases at the Bistro and Bar, or redeemed for CASH via a Kiosk. As a Gold member, your Advance Points will not expire!

ADVANCE BIRTHDAY REWARDS:

Swipe your Advance Rewards card in any of the Members Kiosks during your Birth Month to receive your Gold Advance Birthday Rewards!

TIER CREDITS:

Once you earn 4,000 Tier Credits, you will become a Gold Advance Rewards member. As a Gold Advance Rewards Member, you will continue to earn Advance Tier Credits and earn Advance Rewards Points faster than Bronze and Silver

At any stage through the Tier Period, if you earn 4,000 Tier Credits, you will maintain your Tier for the following Tier Period.

If you earn 10,000 Tier Credits, you will be upgraded to Platinum straight away, and stay in that Tier for the following Tier Period.

ADVANCE POINTS:

Platinum Tier Members receive a 15% discount at the Bar, and continue to earn 5 Advance Points for every $1 (cash/Credit Card transactions only) spent at the Bar and Bistro.

These Points can be redeemded for purchases at the Bistro and Bar, or redeemed for CASH via a Kiosk. As a Platinum member, your Advance Points will not expire!

ADVANCE BIRTHDAY REWARDS:

Diamond Tier Members receive a 30% discount at the Bar, and continue to earn 5 Advance Points for every $1 (cash/Credit Card transactions only) spent at the Bar and Bistro.

These Points can be redeemded for purchases at the Bistro and Bar, or redeemed for CASH via a Kiosk. As a Diamond member, your Advance Points will not expire!
